Modern Slavery Guidance

Balfour Beatty is committed to being a responsible business, employing ethical business practices and fostering a culture of awareness and transparency. 

From 2 January 2024, our pre-qualification process will require all of our supply chain partners, regardless of their size, to have a Modern Slavery Statement in order to work with us. 

In advance of this date, we have produced a guidance note and template to support you in preparing for the change in our requirements.

Please ensure your current statement is aligned with the Home Office’s statutory guidance which is detailed in our Modern Slavery Statement Guidance and template.

If you don’t have a Modern Slavery Statement 

You will need to create a statement; our Modern Slavery Statement Guidance and template will help you to do this.
